Job description

We are seeking a capable student to serve in a Paid Student Internship role. This is an active internship requiring 10-15 hours per week, including at least 2 Saturdays per month. You will be given ample opportunity for learning retail sales, merchandising, and digital media marketing responsibilities essential to a retail business.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Assist in the processing of consignment intake for merchandising on sales floor
• Work with team members to ensure a smooth flow of inventory throughout the store
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Assist in the processing of consignment intake for merchandising on sales floor

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 17 yeas of age or have demonstrable and relevant work experience
• Must show an ability to hand both school and out-side activities with excellence
• Strong work ethic and ability to get things done
